• Missed appointments for site visits will incur a charge at our flat rate.
• While we strive to be punctual, unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure access to the work site and provide a safe working environment.
• Any existing electrical issues must be disclosed before work begins.
• Clients are responsible for any parking restrictions at the job site, including paying for parking or any fines incurred due to violations during our service.

10. Warranty and Guarantee

• We take pride in our workmanship and offer a non-insurance-based guarantee of 2 years on all fixed wiring.
• All products supplied by Evoltlution are covered by a 1-year guarantee, excluding consumables.

11. Liability and Insurance

Evoltlution Electrical Contractors Ltd is insured for public liability and professional indemnity. Our public liability insurance covers damages to third parties, while our professional indemnity insurance protects against claims related to our professional advice and services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

Call-Out Fees

At Evoltlution Electrical Contractors Ltd, we offer flexible call-out services to address your electrical needs with a transparent pricing structure. While we do not operate a 24/7 call-out service, we always strive to keep our clients happy by responding promptly to urgent requests during our operating hours.

• Standard Call-Out: £90 + VAT for the first hour, and £50 + VAT for each additional hour.
• Same Day Call-Out: Starting at £140 + VAT for the first hour, with £70 + VAT for each additional hour.
• Immediate Call-Out: Starting at £200 + VAT for the first hour, and £100 + VAT for each additional hour.

We do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure your electrical issues are addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
