This project was a full house rewire with some exceptional modern features throughout the property.

The client opted for a unique lighting design, moving away from traditional options. Instead, LED strip lights were installed in the upstairs hallways and the walk-in wardrobe, creating a sleek and contemporary ambiance. In the kids’ playroom, RGBW LED strip lights were added, which could be controlled effortlessly via a smart switch, adding fun and functionality to the space.

The project also included the installation of a Ring alarm system and strategically placed security lighting, enhancing the property’s safety and convenience.

The ground floor featured an open-plan layout that perfectly complemented the modern kitchen design. LED lighting was installed on the island, under the cabinets, and inside the larder cupboard. The larder also featured a hidden worktop with a kettle and toaster, ensuring practicality while maintaining a clean, uncluttered aesthetic.
